Thisisapermanentfull timeallyear hours are 8:00am-4:00pm Monday to Friday.
The Human Resources Coordinator will collaborate with the Director of People and Cultureand the HR teamto build andmaintainefficientand robust HR practice and processesacross the school. This role includes overseeing the employee lifecycle managing recruitment processesfacilitatingstaff training and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The Human Resources Coordinator will also lead or contribute to HR projects support employee well-being and development and help in evaluating and refining HR programs and practices to align with the schools strategic goals.
To be successful in securing this position you have:
- A willingness to support the Guiding Principles of the School
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role
- High levelof organisational ability with attention to detail and the capability to manage and prioritise tasksefficiently.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on creating positive and productiveworking relationships
- Familiarity with relevant employment lawsregulationsand industry standards
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment
- Flexibilityto handle diverse HR tasks and challenges as they arise
- Experience inschoolenvironmentdesirablebut not essential
