About us
Park Ford is a small business in Tallmadge OH. We are professional agile and our goal is to help our customers with their needs both commercially and publicly. We are looking to add to our growing team here in parts. This is a flex team member position. You will be trained as a parts advisor and a driver. We are looking for someone who would work Tuesday Through Saturday. Saturdays are only till noon. This is a full time position.

- Delivery Driving or pick up
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take orders and assist customers with their purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
-Stock tires away and or pull tires for orders
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Process order fulfillment and ensure accurate inventory management
Skills:
- Automotive knowledge a plus.
- Able to pick up to 60lbs
- Solution Based Knowledge a plus
- Strong math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Proficient in using computer programs such as Excel for inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills to keep track of stock levels and customer orders
- Knowledge of retail math to calculate discounts taxes and sales totals
- Effective phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide assistance
This position requires attention to detail excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Counter Person will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficient operations at the dealership.

Pay: $13.53 - $15.00 per hour
