What Youll Be Doing

Depending on your skill level heres the kind of hands-on rewarding work youll take on at Galpin:

• Run full bumper-to-bumper diagnostics with precision and confidence

• Repair and maintain brake systems suspension HVAC and drivability concerns

• Perform complex diesel and transmission work (for advanced specialists)

• Service cutting-edge hybrid and electric vehicles

• Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates to keep things moving smoothly

• Stay up to date with the latest factory training and follow all safety protocols

What You Bring to the Table

Were looking for passionate technicians who take pride in their work and are ready to grow. Heres what sets you up for success at Galpin:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid drivers license

• Solid understanding of electrical systems A/C brakes and front-end work

• ASE and Ford / Lincoln certifications are a big plus (and well help you get them if you dont have them yet)

• Clear and confident communication skills

• Strong commitment to customer service

• A professional work ethic reliability and personal integrity

• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a high-performing team

• Automotive Transmission Repair: 3 years (Preferred)

• Diesel engine repair: 3 years (Preferred)

• EV Repair and Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
