Job Summary
Description of the role:
The Shop Foreman at Mills Auto Group in Pineville NC is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanics and technicians
- Monitor workflow and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
- Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) preferred
