Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift 312-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $47$56 per hour

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Room (Adult)for an exciting job in Rochester NY.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to adult and geriatric patients
Perform triage rapid assessments and ongoing patient evaluations
Initiate and manage IV therapy including blood products and vasopressors
Manage CPAP/BiPAP and mechanically ventilated patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage dysrhythmias
Care for patients with CVA neuro-trauma spinal cord injuries and traumatic brain injuries
Assist in trauma care including gunshot wounds and orthopedic emergencies
Maintain isolation precautions and patient safety standards
Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR
Float within skillset as required

Qualifications

Active New York State RN license (single-state; compact licenses not accepted)
BLS ACLS and NIHSS certifications required
Recent experience in a high-acuity Adult Emergency Department
EPIC charting experience required
Strong critical-thinking communication and teamwork skills
First-time travelers accepted
Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility
