Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Associate to join our team. This role is integral to our organizations ability to effectively convey its message and mission to various stakeholders including clients partners and the general public. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a keen sense of how to use various channels to reach different audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including social media websites and newsletters.
- Manage and update the organizations social media accounts by posting regular updates and engaging with followers.
- Assist in the development and distribution of press releases and other media communications.
- Support the organizations public relations efforts by coordinating events and managing media relations.
- Monitor communication trends and strategies providing recommendations based on analysis and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications role preferably in an organization or agency.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
