Job Summary

Subaru of Jacksonville is looking for an experienced high-energy Internet / Sales Manager to lead our sales team drive performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What Youll Do

  • Make phone calls set appointments manage internet phone and walk-in traffic
  • Desk deals structure payments and maximize front-end and back-end gross profit

  • Lead coach and motivate a team of Sales Consultants

  • Support F&I and collaborate on deal flow compliance and delivery

  • Ensure CRM usage follow-up processes and lead management best practices

  • Conduct one-on-one training sessions and daily sales meetings

  • Oversee trade appraisals pricing strategy and inventory management

  • Maintain high CSI scores and ensure a transparent customer-focused sales process

  • Work closely with the GM and department leaders to hit monthly sales goals

What Were Looking For

  • 3 years of experience as an Automotive Desk Manager Sales Manager or F&I Manager

  • Strong desking skills (payment structure lending rebates incentives warranty products)

  • Experience in high-volume dealership environments preferred

  • Strong leadership coaching and communication abilities

  • Expertise with CRM desking tools and DMS systems

  • Ability to manage a sales process from lead to delivery with consistency and accountability

  • A customer-first mindset with sharp closing skills

  • Valid drivers license
