What Youll Do
- Make phone calls set appointments manage internet phone and walk-in traffic
Desk deals structure payments and maximize front-end and back-end gross profit
Lead coach and motivate a team of Sales Consultants
Support F&I and collaborate on deal flow compliance and delivery
Ensure CRM usage follow-up processes and lead management best practices
Conduct one-on-one training sessions and daily sales meetings
Oversee trade appraisals pricing strategy and inventory management
Maintain high CSI scores and ensure a transparent customer-focused sales process
Work closely with the GM and department leaders to hit monthly sales goals
What Were Looking For
3 years of experience as an Automotive Desk Manager Sales Manager or F&I Manager
Strong desking skills (payment structure lending rebates incentives warranty products)
Experience in high-volume dealership environments preferred
Strong leadership coaching and communication abilities
Expertise with CRM desking tools and DMS systems
Ability to manage a sales process from lead to delivery with consistency and accountability
A customer-first mindset with sharp closing skills
Valid drivers license
