Job Summary
Production Operative
12.75 per hour Full-time permanent
26520 Per Annum
Location: Barking
Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm
The Role
We are recruiting a Labourer to join a busy production team within a well-established manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level position and no previous experience is required. Full training will be provided.
This role suits someone who is reliable hands-on and comfortable working in a physical fast-paced setting.
Key Duties
Handling and moving materials within the production area
Feeding materials into machinery under supervision
Counting items and completing basic numerical checks
Maintaining a clean tidy and safe working area
Supporting colleagues as required
Following all health and safety procedures
What We Are Looking For
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Able to work accurately with numbers at a basic level
Reliable punctual and team-oriented
Comfortable working in a production or factory environment
Previous experience is helpful but not essential
