About the Role
We are looking to welcome enthusiastic and caring staff members to join our busy preschool at our friendly nursery in Wilberfoss York YO415N.

The Roles
Role 1 Early Years Educator (Level 3 Qualified)
You must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.

Role 2 Early Years Assistant (Unqualified Training Provided)
This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in early years. While a qualification is not required previous experience working in an early years setting is highly desirable. Full training and support will be provided.

About the Preschool Room
Our preschool room is a vibrant stimulating environment where children are supported to grow in confidence independence and school readiness. You will work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
Key Responsibilities

- Supporting childrens learning and development in line with the EYFS
- Creating a safe nurturing and stimulating environment
- Building positive relationships with children parents and colleagues
- Supporting daily routines activities and outdoor play
- Observing assessing and contributing to childrens progress
- Ensuring safeguarding and welfare requirements are met at all times
