Job Summary

Humanlinks is hiring a bilingual Inbounder to join the on-site support team for a
reputable immigration law fi rm based in Texas. This role is fully on-site in Guadalajara
and serves as the first point of contact for clients calling from the U.S. seeking legal
guidance on immigration matters.
You will manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism empathy and
accuracyensuring every caller receives clear information timely follow-up and a
seamless experience before being connected to legal staff when needed.

Requisitos

Answer inbound calls daily from U.S.-based clients.
Conduct initial intake: collect basic information verify eligibility and document caller
needs.
Schedule consultations and send required forms or instructions.
Provide clear compliant responses to frequently asked questions (no legal advice).
Log all interactions accurately and confi dentially in internal CRM systems.
Return 100% of voicemails by end of business day.
Support case coordination between clients and the legal team in Texas.
Maintain strict confi dentiality and data security at all times.
Follow standardized operating procedures (SOPs) with precision and consistency.

Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish
Previous experience in customer service call center intake or administrative support
(legal or immigration experience is a strong plus).
Excellent communication active listening and de-escalation skills.
Highly organized detail-oriented and reliable.
Comfortable using digital tools: email calendar CRM systems and softphone/VoIP.
Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive topics with empathy.
Must be able to work on-site in Guadalajara Jalisco during business hours.
