Job Summary

At Senior Helpers of Sarnia-Lambton we provide exceptional in-home care for seniors enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes. We are growing rapidly and seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative to bring new business build referral networks and drive our growth across the region.

Position Overview

As Sales Representative you will be responsible for developing relationships securing new client engagements and expanding our outreach in the senior-care community. This is a commission-driven roleyour earnings will reflect your success in generating new business and fostering ongoing referral relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential referral sources: hospitals senior living communities physicians discharge planners social workers senior service organizations.

  • Generate new client leads and convert them into home-care service agreements.

  • Conduct outreach: cold calls in-person meetings presentations networking events.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing referral sources and clients.

  • Keep accurate records of sales activity in CRM: leads conversions follow-ups documentation.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and commissions.

  • Work collaboratively with care & operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (preferably in home care senior services healthcare or B2B referral environments).

  • Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills.

  • Valid drivers license reliable vehicle and ability to travel within the territory.

  • Comfortable working independently and pursuing new business aggressively.

  • Strong organizational and tracking skills (CRM experience an asset).

  • Familiarity with senior-care services home-care industry or healthcare referral networks is a plus.
