Job Overview
Were seeking a talented and results-driven Multi-Media Design & Marketing Specialist to drive TechKrafts brand presence and lead content creation across digital channels. This role combines design expertise with strategic marketing execution focusing on social media strategy graphic design video production photography and video editing content creation and posting website management and lead generation. Youll leverage marketing tools and CRM systems to create compelling campaigns that drive engagement and qualify leads for our B2B software staffing services.
Social Media Strategy Creation & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategies for LinkedIn Instagram and other platforms
- Design create and schedule compelling social media posts using scheduling tools (Buffer Hootsuite Later etc.)
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
- Create branded graphics carousel posts infographics reels and promotional content
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement data
- Implement marketing hacks and best practices to maximize reach and engagement
- Track and analyze social media KPIs to inform strategy improvements
Lead Generation & CRM Integration
- Understand and work with CRM systems (Zoho CRM HubSpot etc.) to track campaign performance
- Create content strategies that support lead generation and lead qualification funnels
- Integrate social media campaigns with CRM workflows for better lead tracking
- Support sales team with marketing materials that address key objections and qualify prospects
- Monitor lead sources and optimize content to improve lead quality
Marketing Hacks & Growth Strategy
- Apply proven marketing tactics to increase engagement reach and conversion rates
- Implement growth hacks for social media (hashtag strategies timing optimization viral trends etc.)
- A/B test content and messaging to identify what resonates with our audience
- Stay updated on industry trends algorithm changes and emerging marketing opportunities
- Create and test different content formats to optimize audience engagement
- Identify and leverage emerging platforms and features (LinkedIn Stories Reels etc.)
Marketing Plans & Campaign Development
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns
- Design comprehensive campaign assets including visuals copy and multimedia elements
- Create marketing collateral (case studies whitepapers guides promotional materials)
- Support campaign planning with visual story boarding and content strategy
- Execute multimedia projects that drive lead generation and brand awareness
Website & Digital Content Management
- Update website visuals graphics and multimedia elements
- Create web-ready graphics and optimized visuals for landing pages and product sections
- Manage and refresh website banners hero images and promotional content
- Ensure visual consistency across website and all digital properties
- Develop interactive visual content for improved user engagement
6. Video & Multimedia Production
- Shoot and edit professional-quality videos for YouTube LinkedIn and marketing campaigns
- Produce service explainer videos showcasing TechKrafts staffing solutions
- Create customer testimonial videos and success story compilations
- Edit video content for internal communications and client presentations
- Optimize videos for different platforms and viewing behaviors
Brand & Asset Management
- Ensure all designs and content align with TechKrafts brand guidelines and visual identity standards
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive digital asset library and content repository
- Create and maintain brand guidelines documentation for consistency
- Version control all design files and multimedia assets
Requirements
Graphic Design & Digital Design
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing designs optimized for digital platforms
- Strong understanding of social media design best practices platform requirements and specifications
- Ability to create engaging platform-specific content (feeds stories reels etc.)
- Understanding of visual hierarchy color psychology and design principles
Social Media Management & Scheduling
- Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer Hootsuite Later Meta Business Suite etc.)
