Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with strong UI/UX skills and hands-on experience in Webflow to design build and optimize visually engaging and user-friendly websites. This role combines design thinking with execution to deliver seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX for websites and landing pages.
2. Build maintain and optimize websites using Webflow.
3. Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
4. Create wireframes user flows prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
5. Ensure websites are responsive accessible and performance-optimized.
6. Collaborate with marketing product and content teams to align design with brand and goals.
7. Conduct UX improvements based on user behavior feedback and analytics.
8. Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines.

2. Hands-on experience with Webflow (including CMS and animations).
3. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
4. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe XD or similar.
5. Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
6. Ability to balance creativity with usability and business goals.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
