We are looking for someone who can combine investigation skills with excellent communication skills both written and verbally. The HR Asset Monitoring Investigator is responsible for investigating and following up on signals of potential misuse of HR assets. This role involves thorough file investigation employee outreach and coordination with relevant teams.
The team
The HR Asset Monitoring team is a relatively new team consisting of two people next to the Data Intelligence and Risk team within HR NL People Services. The team is tasked with monitoring all HR assets for improper use of HR products and following up with employees when misuse is identified.
All three sub-teams report to the lead of the Data Intelligence Risk and HR asset monitoring team who oversees their activities and ensure cohesive and effective risk management across all HR functions.
The Data Intelligence and Risk team is a team of highly qualified experts on their domain overseeing the full scope of all HR processes for ING.
Roles and responsibilities
Conduct detailed investigations into potential misuse of HR assets.
Review and analyse files records and datasets to identify discrepancies irregularities and/or patterns.
Reach out to employees and (supercircle)leads to gather information and clarify issues.
Collaborate with relevant teams for further action when necessary.
Prepare reports on findings and recommendations.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
Complete cases independently within the first line
