About the Program
CatholicCare NT is a not-for-profit organisation providing social services and programs to individuals couples families children groups schools and agencies across the Northern Territory.
CatholicCare NT Wadeye delivers the Children and Parenting Alcohol and Other Drugs Counselling Financial Wellbeing Gambling Harm Education Mens Behaviour Change and NO MORE programs in the Wadeye Community and surrounding region.
These programs work together to support the social and emotional wellbeing of the Community by providing:
The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the programs delivered in Wadeye with a particular focus on the Children and Parenting AOD Counselling and Mens Behaviour Change programs in order for the programs to meet their objectives.
This position has a particular focus on leading and mentoring program staff applying professional knowledge and support whilst providing direct services and managing complex client work.

WADEYE
The Northern Territory is one of the most culturally diverse places in the world.
Wadeye is the largest indigenous community in the Northern Territory. Situated 400 km south west of Darwin in the West Daly Region. The inhabitants of this community encompass seven language groups and five traditional bands or kinship groups.
