As aFull-Time LPN youll be a key part of our nursing team providing hands-on care and supporting wellness programs that enhance the lives of our residents. Youll work closely with RNs fellow nursing staff and residents families to ensure high-quality compassionate care.
Sign on bonus: $2000 paid out at quarterly intervals over the first year. Must be in good standing during the quarter with attendance and performance.
What Youll Do
- Lead with Compassion:Engage with residents daily offering care support and meaningful interactions.
- Care Planning:Review and update individualized care plans to meet resident needs and comply with state regulations.
- Medication Management:Safely oversee medication setup administration and documentation.
- Support & Supervision:Assist RNs in supervising nursing staff and evaluating performance.
- Wellness Programs:Implement and manage programs that promote health prevention and quality of life.
- Resident Assessment & Admissions:Help assess new residents and coordinate their care during the admission process.
- Staff Training:Orient and educate staff on wellness procedures policies and in-service training sessions.
- Risk & Emergency Management:Identify at-risk residents develop risk management plans and respond to emergencies.
- Communication:Maintain clear professional communication with residents families staff and healthcare providers.
What Were Looking For
- License: Valid LPN license in the state of North Dakota.
- Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience working with seniors including knowledge of age-related health factors.
- Skills:Strong knowledge of medications dosages terminology and side effects; excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Qualities:Integrity accuracy confidentiality and a compassionate approach to care.
