Job Summary
Pharmacy Technician
Location: Brooklyn NY
Duration: 14 Weeks
Schedule: 40 hours per week Five (5) 8-hour shifts (varied schedule)
Pay Rate: $25 $31 per hour
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingPharmacy Technicianfor an exciting job in Brooklyn NY.
Key Responsibilities
Assist pharmacists with the preparation and dispensing of medications
Receive restock return and deliver medications medication carts and pharmacy supplies throughout the facility
Maintain accurate medication inventory and documentation
Operate pharmacy equipment and troubleshoot automated dispensing systems
Support pharmacy operations across multiple assignments shifts and locations
Perform all duties with accuracy attention to detail and strong time-management skills
Adhere to hospital policies safety standards and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Licensure:
Active Registered Pharmacy Technician license issued by NYSED
Primary Source Verification through the New York State Department of Education
Preferred Qualifications
Pharmacy dispensing experience
Sterile processing experience
IV room experience
