We are seeking an experienced and motivated Used Car Technician to join our service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair be Ford Certified and thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle systems including:
Engine transmission steering suspension brakes electrical A/C and more
Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools/special equipment to troubleshoot issues
Communicate with Service Advisors to explain repair needs and provide accurate time estimates
Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
1 years of Service Technician experience (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous Ford dealership experience preferred
Strong diagnostic electrical and engine repair skills (B-level qualifications)
Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive team-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn
Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
Ability to adapt to new technology and repair procedures
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
