A large and well-resourced practice near Ridgewood New Jersey is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Dermatologist to launch and lead dermatology services at a thriving location. This is a unique opportunity to step into a respected healthcare group with a strong internal referral network offering the support and infrastructure of an established practice while giving you the autonomy to shape your ideal dermatology program.
Youll be the go-to dermatology experttrusted by both patients and referring providers. While there will be a natural ramp-up period as the dermatology patient base grows youll be backed by a steady stream of referrals a collaborative clinical team and the ability to define your own clinical focus whether general dermatology surgical procedures cosmetic servicesor a combination that fits your passion.
Position Details:
- Full-time schedule four days per week
- Choose your own mix of medical surgical and cosmetic dermatology
- Initial support staff includes one dedicated medical assistant with expanded support as needed
- EMR in place for efficient clinical documentation
- Located in a modern attractive building with updated amenities and easy access for patients
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary in year one scaled to your experience
- Full benefits package including medical dental vision and 401(k)
- CME allowance paid time off and malpractice insurance provided
- Potential for a sign-on bonus
- Partnership track available after three years
