Torch is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Database Design Administrator to support the Missile Defense Agencys (MDA) Real Property Management mission in Huntsville AL. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a background in engineering and/or database management and offers strong growth potential.

As a Database Design Administrator your duties will include the following but are not limited to:

• Perform real property data storage and database design to support MDA real property documentation
• Develop and manage databases for real property asset documentation
• Support planning and programming efforts for MDA MILCON projects
• Coordinate and interface with customers and contractors to plan and program real property and MILCON projects
• Track and report asset changes construction progress and related requests
• Prepare reports and documentation for customer review
• Apply strong verbal and written communication skills
• Utilize MS Office and relevant databases and software tools

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelors degree in a related field
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Active Secret clearance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database-related software

Schedule: (M-F; 8-5)

Work Location: Onsite Huntsville Alabama

Travel: 10%
