Now Hiring: Chief Information Officer / Chief Technology Officer (CIO / CTO)
We are seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer / Chief Technology Officer (CIO / CTO) to lead enterprise technology strategy innovation and operations. This executive role blends external-facing technology leadership (CTO) with internal IT and systems oversight (CIO)and will play a critical role in advancing the organizations mission efficiency and security.
What Youll Do
As CIO / CTO you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals objectives and budget
- Lead and inspire high-performing technology teams ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget
- Oversee enterprise architecture infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
- Ensure strong cybersecurity compliance data governance and risk management practices
- Manage vendor relationships and strategic technology partnerships
- Drive talent acquisition retention and development including converting consultant roles into permanent staff
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive leadership and stakeholders
What Were Looking For
- Advanced degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Extensive experience in technology leadership software development and scaling organizations
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms enterprise architecture and infrastructure
- Strong background in cybersecurity compliance and data governance
- Proven success in strategic planning financial management and executive leadership
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop top-tier technology talent
- Experience managing vendors and external technology partners
- 10 years of executive-level leadership experience in organizations of similar size and complexity preferred
