Were looking for a Lincoln/FordWarranty Administrator to join our service team and help ensure accurate timely processing of warranty submissions.
What Youll Do:
Accurately prepare submit and track all Ford warranty claims.
Review repair orders for proper documentation and compliance with Ford policies.
Maintain strong working knowledge of Ford warranty guidelines and updates.
Work closely with service advisors technicians and Ford corporate reps.
Reconcile and track payments handle claim re-submissions or appeals when necessary.
What You Bring:
Previous Ford warranty admin experience
Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple claims at once.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
