Schedule: Day shift Monday through Saturday with one scheduled day off per week

Job Description
Kuhio Ford is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused enthusiastic and eager to help customers find the right vehicle for their needs. Youll work with new and pre-owned vehicles guiding customers through the buying process while representing the Ford brand with professionalism.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers to the dealership and assist them with vehicle selection based on their needs and preferences
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Present vehicle features benefits and options in a clear and engaging manner
Offer test drives and explain dealership financing trade-in and warranty options
Achieve sales goals as set by management while maintaining excellent customer service
Keep up to date on product knowledge promotions and industry trends
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system
Ensure all vehicles are presented professionally on the lot and showroom
Qualifications
Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to thrive in a team environment
Basic computer skills with the ability to use CRM and sales software
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Professional appearance and positive customer-first attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
