Responsibilities
Build lasting customer relationships by identifying needs and providing expert vehicle selection assistance
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings optional packages and the latest technology
Manage leads and customer portfolios daily using online CRM tools
Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles
Follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
Collaborate with the Sales Manager on objectives activities and performance reviews
Maintain a positive attitude and support the dealership team
Qualifications
Previous luxury or exotic automotive sales experience preferred
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Ability to quickly learn and master product details
Excellent communication time management and self-motivation skills
Clean driving record & valid drivers license
