What Youll Be Doing
Creating short-form video content (vehicle walkarounds deliveries specials community moments)
Building your audience and personal brand across Instagram Facebook TikTok and more
Engaging with local businesses events and community organizations
Helping customers buy and sell vehicles in a transparent no-pressure way
Using video text and DMs to follow up with leads
Being a visible trusted face of Port Orchard Ford both online and in the community
Training & Support

Ongoing coaching on communication follow-up and video content
CRM video and texting tools provided

No Automotive Experience Thats OK.
Experience in many customer-facing roles translates extremely well including:
Customer service or hospitality
Call center or BDC roles
Retail or relationship-based sales
Fitness coaching or personal training
Social media content creation or brand building
Community-facing roles or event marketing
If youre confident coachable and comfortable talking to people we can teach you the rest.
