Requirements:
- National Diploma in Business Administration Commerce Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 4 years retail experience with proven managerial success.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail operating systems
- Drive sales growth and deliver compelling customer experiences
- Manage budgets stock control and branch operations efficiently
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
- Lead and develop a diverse team fostering a collaborative culture
- Implement digital tools for inventory and operational optimization
