As Fab11 ME DE Manager you will lead and manage a team of equipment engineers to oversee the tool installation modification upgrade and maintenance. To be responsible for the teams safety equipment performance reliability and further improvement. To setup programs and solutions for increasing the tool stability/capability to sustain the manufacturing requirement.

Responsibility and tasks:

• Be decision maker for teams strategy execution review and planning for capacity/quality/yield and cost. As well as the development of team member growing.
• Forecast and manage the running cost and any other related expenditures. To come out best solution for lower expense of maintenance with top quality as a result.
• To organize and level up engineers skillset to make sure fist time successful in PM effective troubleshooting to support OEE.
• Closely work with Process and Manufacturing team to address equipment constrain issues to make sure production meet target and quality standard.
• Establish and tracking supplier performance with metrics to keep improving. To maintain good collaboration with all suppliers and fully follow integrity and compliance.
• Set performance expectation for all team members with regular conversation to review the progress on track. And clearly define the responsibility and develop empowerment in the group. Jointly co-work with team members to expand their career path.
• To provide support adequate resource to ensure compliance of environmental health safety and security (EHSS) requirement and participate in improving and maintaining the EHSS management system. Ensure good practice of housekeeping on tools equipment and material.
• Ensure to provide team members to have required training knowledge and competency in executing tasks.
