Senior Helpers Southern Maryland is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Maryland Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/GNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team providing essential home care services across Southern Maryland. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Male Caregiver for Female Client
- Dementia Experience
- Deliver personalized companion and personal care supporting client safety independence and well-being
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and favorite activities (walks movies games)
- Provide reliable transportation for errands appointments and shopping
- Assist with light housekeeping laundry meal preparation and medication reminders
- Support clients with mobility toileting bathing dressing grooming and eating
- Report on client activities health status and behavioral changes
- Follow care plans developed by Registered Nurses
