Interested in the marine industry Join TESS a leader in marine electrical services and equipment as a Part-Time Inside Sales and Purchasing Agent! Youll assist with order processing vendor communication and customer support gaining valuable experience in marine operations purchasing and sales.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Handling incoming sales inquiries via phone and email.
Assist with order processing pricing and purchase order creation.
Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Maintain inventory and purchasing records.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to both clients and vendors.
Collaborate with team members to identify new opportunities and improve efficiency.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Strong communication and organization skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative
No prior experience needed training provided
Required Skills/Abilities:
