Primary Care Physician Jacksonville FL

Our client is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality collaborative care to a diverse fee-for-service and Medicare Advantage patient population.

Compensation & Benefits:
$250000$275000 base salary % of collections
Expected first-year earnings $300000

Full-Time 40 hours/week 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
Examine diagnose and treat patients
Order diagnostic tests and prescribe medications
Develop and manage treatment plans and preventive care
Educate patients and families
Refer patients to specialists as needed
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate medical records

Requirements:
Board Certified in Primary Care Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active Florida Medical License (or willing to obtain)
13 years of clinical experience preferred
