Welcome to Mills Auto Group where we are currently seeking an Experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team in Atlanta GA. As a Warranty Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless processing of warranty claims and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate with manufacturers to resolve warranty issues
- Maintain organized records of warranty claims and approvals
- Assist customers with warranty-related inquiries
Requirements:
- Prior experience in warranty administration
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in using warranty claim software

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Book warranty repair orders.
- Submit claims of manufacturer warranty and follow up
- Service contract claim submission and follow up.
- Maintain receivables schedules.
- Work closely with a team of technicians service writers and supervisors
REQUIREMENTS:
- Warranty experience preferred
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work well with others and be part of a team
- Proficiency Microsoft Office
- General accounting knowledge preferred
