*Hourly rate is inclusive of a $1.00 per hour salary stipend and a $1.00 per hour direct care stipend. Applicants with Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificates and who are on the States CNA registry will be paid an additional $.50 per hour.

• Additional shift differential of $.45 per hour for second shift positions
• Additional shift differential of $.55 per hour for third shift positions
• Additional weekend differential of $.60 per hour while working weekend hours

Job Overview:

Riverview Psychiatric Centerseeks Mental Health Workers to provide paraprofessional support work involving the direct care rehabilitation and behavior modification of patients in state institutions. Responsibilities include implementing programs in the treatment and education of individuals with mental illness providing direct patient care and maintainingpatient areas. Employees may act as group leader of primary aide over an assigned group of patients. Work is performed under general supervision.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of direct care mental health experience.
