Specific responsibilities include:
- Ensuring your programsmission and servicesare carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Maintaining compliancewith government regulatory bodies and other related accreditation organizations.
- Supervising program staff andidentifyingtraining needsbased on trends and developments in direct care for mental health treatment.

The pay range for this position is $53045 minimum to $76490 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to years and level of related experience.
What we need from you.
- This position requires one of the following education and experience combinations:
- High school diploma and 5 years of experience.
- Associate degree and 4 years of experience.
- Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience.
- 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
- A drivers license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
- Requires on-call flexibility.
- Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) certificationrequiredwithin 1 year of hire.
