Set the strategic direction for the companys IT and digital initiativeswhilepreparingthe IT departmentto support business growth
Provide strategic leadership and vision for enterprise-wide IT and digital initiatives.
Serve astrustedadvisorto leadership aligning technology priorities with customer needs and market trends.
Supervise and directthe IT Department within current Maersk Line Limitedpoliciesand procedures.
Build and develop high-performing technology teams and vendor partnerships that scale with growth.
Coach and mentor IT/IS professionals to create a world-class technology organization.
Develop deploy and manage the technology budgetto alignbusiness and technology strategywhilecontinually analyzing costs value and risks.
Establish frameworks for technology standards cybersecuritycomplianceand risk management within Maersk Line Limited.Frameworks must adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
Maintain an enterprise-wide security program to protect company information.
Leadcybersecurity initiativesincluding CMMC USCG regulations andNISTto ensureresilience against evolving threats.
Supportingcommitment to safety and other selected company standards and certifications.
Represent the company in technology forums industry groups and regulatory discussions.
Performingotherposition-related duties as specified by management.
PositionSpecifications:
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in information technology related field.
Minimum15years experiencein the developmentdeploymentand support of IT systems for both operational and commercial purposes.
Experiencein developing business cases for the deployment of IT systems in operational and commercial environments.
Technical Skills andCompetencies Required:
Expertise incloudplatforms (AWS Azure) ERP systems and cybersecurity frameworks.
Awell-developedset of management and leadership skills able to work without supervision and deal with multiple tasks simultaneously and well developedorganizationaland interpersonal communication skills.
Must be a U.S. citizen capable of obtaining a security clearance from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).MLL is a drug-free work environment and requires employees to take random drug tests during their employment with the company.
This position requires access to vessels and safety sensitive facilities and therefore requires a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
