Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking an Oil Bay Manager/Coach to lead and guide a team responsible for the efficient execution of maintenance inspections and oil changes. What Youll Do:
- Leading and guiding the crew to perform tasks effectively.
- Conducting maintenance inspections.
- Identifying and presenting when work on other vehicles is needed.
- Ensuring oil changes are completed quickly and efficiently.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong leadership collaboration and customer service skills.
- Availability for days nights weekends and holidays.
- Valid drivers license and successfulpre-employment drug screen.
- Proven experience in automotive service management or similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of oil change procedures vehicle maintenance and automotive service standards.
- Ability to coach and develop team members effectively.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
