Were scaling rapidly across the US and Europe and our global team of nearly 2000 colleagues continues to grow rapidly. As we expand our reach launch new products and enter new markets we need to stay sharp scalable and human. Thats where you come in.

Were building a new team within People and are looking for a People Advisor to manage day-to-day casework across performance conduct and policy-related issues. This role executes early flags probation cases attendance concerns policy guidance and formal PIPs. It is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant documentation providing high-quality support to managers and ensuring consistent application of Perk people policies across the globe. We are hiring in London Barcelona and Chicago or Boston.

What youll do:

• Reinforce leader-led decisions by co-piloting on ER cases with managers on case approach and each step of ER case management.

• Own day-to-day casework including Performance management probation attendance behavioural concerns and policy queries.

• Ensure compliance and maintain accurate and complete documentation for each case.

• Provide data insights and highlight trends or early flags to ensure early intervention can be delivered.

• Ensure efficiency in case management and minimise case timelines from open to resolution as appropriate.

• Partner across the People Team and wider business to ensure smooth alignment and delivery of ER cases.

What success looks like:

• Manager satisfaction with co-pilot support provided on cases.

• Timely progression of cases and reduced delays.

• Strong partnership with People Team and wider business.

• Clear reliable case data that supports planning and risk reduction.

• High documentation accuracy and compliance.

What youll bring:

• You must have demonstrable experience and knowledge of employee relations processes and in at least two of our largest locations (Spain UK Boston or Chicago).

• Strong experience managing multiple ER cases particularly with performance and conduct cases.

• Ability to organise document and track ER matters with accuracy.

• Strong judgement and ability to follow structured case processes as well as act on sound judgement when alternative approaches are required.

• High attention to detail.

As such this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our Boston or Chicago hub.
