We are seeking a compassionate and detail-orientedCertified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our senior living this role youll provide prescribed medications support resident care and ensure a safe comfortable environment.

- $250 after 90 days
- $250 after 6 months
- $500 after 1 year
What Youll Do
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
- Document medications monitor resident condition and report changes to healthcare staff.
- Assist with vital signs lab collections and follow-up communications with families and providers.
- Support residents with daily living activities including bathing dressing meals and mobility.
- Maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for residents.
- Partner with the Healthcare Coordinator (HCC) in staff training documentation and incident reporting.
- Respond promptly to resident and visitor needs with professionalism and compassion.
What Were Looking For
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in good standing required.
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferably with seniors.
- Strong communication teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs. and supporting resident mobility.
- Commitment to confidentiality HIPAA compliance and resident well-being.
