Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapistfor an exciting job in South Dennis MA.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and establish measurable functional goals
Develop implement and adjust individualized treatment plans
Perform diagnostic and functional assessments
Document patient care progress and discharge planning
Educate patients and families on therapeutic programs and home care
Collaborate with medical and allied health professionals
Support and guide PTAs aides students and new staff
Maintain compliance with safety quality and infection control standards
Participate in meetings training and professional development
Deliver care consistent with CARES values
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license
Current BLS certification
