WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join our practice at the FPN Obstetrics & Gynecology Crown Point located in Crown Point Indiana. Provider will be joining an established busy practice with experienced physicians and advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment with a great work-life balance.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

For all health care services at Franciscan Physician Network we follow the Ethical and Religious Directives while caring for our patient population.

Flexible fulltime clinic hours
Shared call rotation with 7 other physicians
Average outpatient volume: 20 - 25 patients per day
Average inpatient volume: varies
Average deliveries: 6 - 7 per month
Level III NICU staffed by Luries Childrens Hospital neonatologists
Onsite MFM support available
Willingness to collaborate with advanced practice providers/certified nurse midwives
Ultrasound on site
Lactation consultant on site
Proficiency in Da Vinci Robotic surgeries is preferred
Experienced clinical support staff
Strong collegial support

Qualifications:

Doctorate Required
Physician License (DR) - Upon Hire Required and
Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required and
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Upon Hire Required and
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association Upon Hire Required
