Their integrated care model includes primary care pharmacy dental behavioral health prevention programs and community health initiatives.
The Position:
Our client is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join their outpatient care team. This provider will deliver comprehensive primary care services including patient evaluations diagnosis treatment planning and ongoing disease management. The physician will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated patient-centered care.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a diverse patient population and collaborating with advanced practice providers behavioral health specialists and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $200000 $240000 Base Salary (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:
- Full-Time (Monday-Friday)
- One Saturday Per Month
- Provide comprehensive outpatient medical care including patient evaluations physical exams diagnosis and treatment planning
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing and prescribe medications as appropriate
- Educate patients on preventative care chronic disease management and medication adherence
- Provide culturally competent healthcare to a diverse patient population
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop coordinated treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development
- Serve as a collaborating physician for Advanced Practice Providers when needed
- Build strong relationships with community providers and referral partners
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active and Unrestricted Ohio Medical License
- DEA License
