Qualifications youll bring:

Your key responsibilities:
- Gather all contracts from various locations (shared drives email attachments physical files) into one central location.
- Migrate older paper contracts to digital searchable versions.
- Implement a consistent approach to file naming to ensure easy retrieval and organization.
- Categorize contracts based on type provider/health system name effective dates renewal terms contract manager and key clauses using metadata tagging.
- Set up access controls to limit who can view edit or manage specific contracts.
