Job Summary

Position: Pipeline Manager / Conditions Specialist

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $70000$80000 base salary performance-based bonus

Our client is seeking a Pipeline Manager / Conditions Specialist to take ownership of loans once they enter underwriting and drive them to closing.

This role is heavily focused on conditions clearing borrower follow-up and deal execution across RTL bridge fix-and-flip and short-term loan products. You will spend the majority of your day actively calling borrowers processors and secondary partners to resolve issues and keep files moving.

Key Responsibilities

Own loans once they enter the underwriting queue

Clear underwriting conditions for RTL bridge fix & flip and short-term loans

Make frequent outbound calls to borrowers processors and secondary

Identify issues early and drive solutions to keep deals on track

Walk borrowers through documentation and condition requirements

Minimize miscommunication between all parties

Monitor live deals daily and push files to completion

Maintain strong organization across multiple active loans

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of mortgage experience

Proven experience clearing underwriting conditions

Experience with RTL bridge fix-and-flip or short-term loan products

Strong understanding of loan structure and execution

Highly proactive organized and persistent

Comfortable with heavy daily phone usage

Experience with LendingWise preferred
