As a Sales Porter at Alexandria Mazda you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our vehicles on the lot ensuring they are ready for customer viewing and test drives. You will support the sales team by delivering exceptional service that reflects the quality and professionalism of our dealership.
Responsibilities
- Move vehicles between the service department sales lot and customer delivery areas safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom lot and vehicles including washing vacuuming and detailing as needed.
- Assist sales staff by preparing vehicles for customer appointments and test drives.
- Perform daily lot inspections to identify and report any vehicle issues or damage.
- Ensure all vehicles are properly fueled and ready for use.
- Support dealership team with additional tasks as needed to provide a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Ability to drive a variety of vehicles safely and confidently.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on vehicle care and safety.
- Physical ability to perform vehicle cleaning and light maintenance tasks.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a dealership or auto industry is a plus but not required.
