Job Summary
We are looking for a Technician Trainee to join our team! The right candidate will be prompt driven independent have goodcomputer and process skills. Basic hand tools and tool storage are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and have a natural disposition to put the customer first
- Study and test for state licenses
- Maintain shop cleanliness
- Haul scrap
- Light maintenance and recall work
- Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order in a clean and efficient manner
- Communicate with the Parts Department and Dealer Management regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication
- Stay informed of Ford technical bulletins and complete required training
- Able to work occasionally in challenging weather conditions
- Pull vehicles in and out of the shop
- Able to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly
- Take pride in the role and bring a start-up mentality to growing the business
Qualifications:
- Know how to use hand tools
- Intermediate vehicle knowledge
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to learn from a mentor technician
- Task oriented
- Valid driver license
- Strong communication skills
- Strong use of technological devices including tablets
- Must be able to perform physical tasks and lift up to 100 pounds
- Must be able to work full time
