Job Summary
Were looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who will focus on email marketing strategies that boost engagement conversions and customer retention. Youll plan and execute campaigns design compelling content and collaborate on eCommerce initiatives to support online growth. Key Responsibilities
- Plan create and execute email marketing campaigns including segmentation and automation.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for engagement and conversions.
- Design and create engaging content for email and social media.
- Collaborate on eCommerce marketing initiatives to drive online sales.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies.
What Were Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in email marketing including automation and analytics.
- Ability to design and create content for email and social media.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in eCommerce marketing.
- WordPress management experience (nice to have).
