Job Title:Process Engineer Intern
Location:Marshall TX

Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a manufacturing setting working closely with our process engineering team to improve processes enhance product quality and increase efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design development and optimization of manufacturing processes for cable and wire process.
Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for process improvement.
Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality assurance maintenance and process to resolve technical issues.
Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address process challenges.
Assist in the preparation of technical documentation including process flow diagrams work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks) is a plus.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is desirable.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
