Job Summary
About the Role
We are hiring a hands-on Technical Architect to build and scale a data-intensive enterprise platform involving complex workflows and distributed services.
This role requires strong coding ability in Java (primary) and Python (secondary) along with ownership of architecture and design decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend systems using Java and Python
- Own architecture APIs and data flows across microservices
- Lead a pod of engineers and drive technical delivery
- Write and review production-grade code
- Ensure performance reliability and data correctness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business workflows into systems
Must Have Skills
- 1215 years of experience in backend engineering
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Java (Spring Boot microservices)
- Python (Django/Flask REST APIs)
- Experience building distributed systems at scale
- Strong understanding of system design APIs and data consistency
- Hands-on experience with Azure (App Services Functions Service Bus Storage etc.)
- Strong SQL skills (SQL Server performance tuning)
- Testing mindset (JUnit pytest)
Important
This is a hands-on architecture role.
You are expected to code regularly not just review or guide.
