Are you a dynamic Dermatologist with a passion for cosmetics myDermRecruiter is seeking a motivated Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join a respected private practice. Youll be replacing a dermatologist relocating out of state taking over their substantial cosmetic following.

Position:Dermatologist (MD/DO) with interest and experience in cosmetics

Location:Located north of Boston near Winchester this New England city blends historic charm with modern amenities. It boasts scenic parks ideal for outdoor activities. With excellent schools and easy access to major highways it provides a balanced suburban lifestyle close to urban conveniences.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Your choice of full or part-time; 2-5 days per week available.
• Practice just cosmetics or offer a mix of cosmetics and general dermatology.
• Take over a substantial patient base made up of primarily cosmetic procedures.
• Current providers average 30-35 patients per day for general dermatology.
• Work with one dedicated medical assistant providing comprehensive support.
• Join an experienced team of over five dermatology professionals practicing in an environment prioritizing quality care over the number of patients seen.
• Receive ample autonomy and flexibility to truly make this position your own.
• No requirement to supervise advanced practice providers.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Short-term guaranteed base salary transitioning to percentage of collections-based compensation
• Option for W-2 or 1099 employment status
• Full benefits package including health insurance flexible spending accounts and 401(k)
• Partnership opportunities available after two years for full-time physicians

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board certified or board eligible in Dermatology
• 2025 Dermatology Residents are encouraged to apply
• Experience and strong interest in cosmetics are a must
