Job Summary
Introduction to the job
In Fab products we create software to enable advanced node semiconductor lithography by improving process this team we develop software to design metrology targets simulate their measurement performance and select the best candidates to be used for production.
Role and responsibilities
Research develop and implement algorithms related to solving Maxwells equations for metrology simulation. Preparing and presenting a report describing the approach taken.
Education and experience
- In a M.S. or Ph.D. program in Physics Computer Science Electrical Engineering Applied Mathematics or related areas.
- Experience or interest in numerical simulation modeling optics or similar
Skills
- Familiarity with Python or C programming in a Linux environment
- Strong English communication skills
Other information
- Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard finger handle and feel; stoop kneel crouch twist reach and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
- U.S. Flexible Work policy may be available to employees who work in conductive roles. Mutually-beneficial alternative work arrangement must be approved by manager hybrid working model.
