Job Summary
Considering candidates Local to Coppell TX only at this time
Qualifications:
2-3 years Residential Mortgage experience
College degree preferred
Preferred Experience
2 to 3 years of experience within client services and mortgage processing including processing closing and funding
Working knowledge of Mortgage Servicing related activities such as: Loan Onboarding Escrow and Remittance processing
Working knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines related to mortgage servicing
College degree preferred
Adhere to turn time commitments while working in a high-volume environment
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain and develop a culture of operational excellence.
Wire funding
Processing invoices
Facilitating mortgage document execution
Ensure internal control and external regulatory compliance policies and their impacts are adhered.
Continuously look for opportunities for business process improvements.
Support key on-going business goals and initiatives including onboarding of new products as dictated by the Business Unit
